SUMMARY

Stylumia is a platform where Artificial intelligence meets fashion with Real-time analytics for Fashion forecasting to grow revenue and profit in your business. They analyze and derive actionable intelligence from unstructured data sources by applying advances in AI and Computer Vision. And the source of their intelligence is images, user behavior data, textual descriptions on social media and implicit signals mined from retail sites

Stylumia wanted to treat this website as a digital salesman where users can navigate themselves to the solution from the issues they have. Stylumia currently has 5 products that can help the user in some way.

Problem Statement

1. Help users find the issues they are facing and suggest a product to help them in their business. And get them to sign up for a demo.


2. Compete against market leaders like WGSN and Edited who have a worldwide presence already.

Edited has been in this market space since 2009. They are doing a good job of describing their products. They are also showing case studies of their current users which can help in gaining the trust of prospective users.

They have all the products available to use. Their goal is to make people buy their products as much as possible. I liked the idea of design with real images and Illustrations.

WGSN

​WGSN has been the market leader in this market since 1998. WGSN is also doing a good job describing its products. After researching the company more I found out that they are also offering demos for every product. So their goal is to get as many as possible demo subscriptions.​

There were quite a few challenges.

How to navigate the user to appropriate products from the problems they are facing?
From Challenges and Solution section on the top user can navigate to a particular product from an issue they are facing.

Stylumia has a good client base already. How can we use that to gain the trust of new users?
We decided to use moving Carousell of the client list with testimonial sentences. And also in the bottom, there will be detailed client testimonial with links to their case studies and product they are using.

Also, we decided to link every product with a particular type of userbase like the Manufacturer would like to use the Market Intelligence tool to predict upcoming fashion trends. After finalizing the wireframes it was time to jump in visual design.

Ideation & Sketches

After working on ideation and rough sketching it was time to work on Low-fi wireframes. There were a few important pages like Home, product page, about us.

Wireframes

After competitive analysis, I started exploring visual styles since we are working from scratch. They had their logo already designed so I had to think about something which can go along with their brand colors. These are the final colors and icons stylings.

Visual Styling

Visual Design is still in progress. I'm waiting for content to finalize. Until then I have created visual designs with a dummy content. Once the content is finalized I can create the illustration based on content and finalize the layout. Here are some screens.
